Cervo International is a full-service provider of housing for migrant workers. We treat our migrant workers as hotel guests. As a Technical and Maintenance Employee, you ensure that our guests can enjoy their stay without worries while they contribute to the Dutch labor market. Your expert judgment contributes to maintaining top-notch quality in our accommodations!

This is your new job as a Technical and Maintenance Employee at Cervo International.

 

Your responsibilities include:

• Performing repair and maintenance work according to established procedures at various residential locations throughout the country.
• Carrying out basic maintenance and repair work on buildings, installations, and equipment.
• Identifying, reporting, and rectifying defects.
• Resolving technical issues.
• Preparing new residential locations for use.
• Preparing vacated residential locations for turnover.

• A one-year contract with a two-month probationary period.
• A salary ranging from €2,450 to €2,850 gross every 4 weeks (€2,654 – €3,087 per month) on a full-time basis.

What we require:

Problem-solving comes naturally to you. In your eyes, there are hardly any problems, only solutions. You work best when given autonomy in your role. In short, you’re someone who loves to take action and has the drive to provide all guests with a fantastic stay. You are the Technical and Maintenance Employee we’re looking for if you also have:

• At least an intermediate vocational education (MBO) level, preferably in the field of electrical/installation technology, and 1-2 years of work experience in the roles of Technical and Maintenance Employee, Technical Service Employee, Electrician, or HVAC Technician.
• Willingness to work in the evenings, on weekends, or on holidays when necessary (on-call duty).
• A valid driver’s license (B) and willingness to obtain a driver’s license E through us if necessary.
