We are searching for a recruiter with social media experience.

As our Recruiter/ social media specialist, you will work in the Recruitment team by focusing on online recruitment.

Tasks:

-job offers preparations (layout, text);

-Facebook/ Instagram/ LinkedIn – communication with potential candidates

-creating attractive content related to the specificity of the organisation

-acquisition of new candidates for our customers,

-answering questions about our opened vacancies,

-interviewing potential candidates,

-administration

 

Your profile:

-mbo+ or hbo education and thinking level,

-experience in online advertising and recruitment,

-recruitment experience of minimum 6 months in a flex environment.

-Languages: Polish (fluent in speaking and writing) and English (min. B2).

-Driving license cat. b

-availability 40 hours/week
