Activities Martho acquired by Cervo Group

Cervo Group and Workstead have jointly acquired the activities of the regional staffing agency Martho in Emmeloord. This agreement was reached Thursday 22 June 2023 with the curator, Mr. Dennis Steffens of Van Diepen Van der Kroef Advocaten in Utrecht. With this acquisition, Cervo will primarily focus on staffing activities, while Workstead will ensure the housing of Martho’s EU employees.

Both Cervo Group and Workstead are nationwide staffing agencies specialized in providing labor migrants from the EU. The two companies are working together to safeguard and expand the trusted services provided by Martho. The activities will continue under the name Cervo Noord. In addition to its main offices in Arnhem, Waalwijk, and Bunschoten, this branch in Emmeloord is a valuable expansion of Cervo Group’s operations in the northeastern region of the Netherlands. For Workstead, the acquisition strengthens its nationwide position with increased customer base and housing locations. Both organizations prioritize the well-being of their employees, clients, and temporary workers. Staff, customers, and temporary workers have been informed about the acquisition today.
