Are you the one who always finds the right people?

As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for the entire recruitment process, from finding the right candidates to guiding them through onboarding. You have a sharp eye for talent and build a network of qualified candidates. Together with your colleagues, you ensure we can quickly find the perfect match for our clients.

What will you do?

• Manage the full recruitment process: from sourcing candidates to scheduling interviews and onboarding.
• Build and maintain a talent pool for various client needs.
• Work closely with the Client Specialist and internal teams to fill vacancies quickly and effectively.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

What do we ask from you?

• Fluency in English; knowledge of Polish, Romanian, or Ukrainian is a plus.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
• Experience in recruitment or HR is a plus.
