About the role
As a Technical Service Employee, you will be responsible for the general maintenance of all our residential locations. You have technical insight and can carry out basic maintenance tasks. Small issues are handled immediately by you. You work closely with the Head of Technical Services, to whom you also report. Flexible, independent, and team-oriented.

Your responsibilities:

  • Perform minor maintenance on the buildings (painting, replacing lights, small carpentry tasks, and household duties);
  • Serve as the main point of contact for tenants on location, with a strong focus on service;
  • Resolve malfunctions when possible (e.g., central heating, electricity, or internet);
  • Record meter readings in the homes and pass them on to colleagues;
  • Consult with contractors and suppliers when needed;
  • Keep common areas tidy;
  • Carry out home inspections upon request;
  • Assist colleagues with moving tenants in and out.

  • Salary between €2,500 and €3,250 gross per 4 weeks (based on full-time employment and experience);

What you bring

  • Eye for detail;
  • Strong sense of responsibility;
  • Good social skills;
  • Valid driver’s license (B);
  • Knowledge of electricity or willingness to learn;
  • Participation in the on-call schedule;
  • Sufficient command of the English language.
