Cervo Group has more than 20 years of experience in bringing workers from abroad to work in The Netherlands. Founder René Derksen was one of the ‘early adopters’ who successfully brought people from Poland to the Netherlands, providing them with work, comfortable housing and transport. Nowadays we provide between 1.500 – 2.500 workers from more than 17 EU countries to our clients. People from Romania, Poland, the Baltics and other Eastern Europe countries but also employees from Spain, Italy and Portugal. We use our extensive recruitment network in Europe to recruit up to 100 workers per week. We focus on what we are good at, delivering the right people to companies in: Logistics & distribution, warehousing, production & food and hotel & retail. We have strict recruitment procedures to make sure that we select the right workers for the different companies we work with. “We do what we say and we say what we do.” Straightforward no excuses! Cervo attaches great importance to quality and by quality we mean both external and internal quality. To guarantee the quality of our recruitment procedures, payroll administration, legal applications and professional guidance of our workers, we implemented a quality intelligence team who assists our coordinators and managers to make sure that we follow the correct procedures. We follow the guidelines of various certification and government organisations.
Artra
To train our coordinators and staff in the best possible way, we cooperate with Artra. Artra is the training company for labour market professionals in the temporary employment sector.
Artra helps us to develop our staff to become professionals intermediaries by a thorough preparation for their daily practice. All our staff members participate in the Basic Training for Temporary Employment Professionals (BOU) followed by a written exam from the Stichting Examens Uitzendsector (SEU). As a result, our employees are able to adapt to every specific situation and clients and temporary workers are always well informed by them. Cervo is also a affirmed training company.
